At Freedom Electronics we can offer a number of solutions to meet your manufacturing requirements from one off hand building prototypes to full large scale pick and place production runs.

Our SMT assembly lines use the latest DEK printers and Juki pick & place machines and are capable of placing components from 0201 to 74mm square at the rate of up to 16,000 components per machine per hour.

In addition to SMT assembly we offer a full conventional PTH assembly service with lead free wave solder technology.

All work carried out is to IPC-A-610 Class 1 and Class 2 standards so you can be assured of quality workmanship at all stages of the processes.

We also offer full AOI and X-Ray inspection for assemblies as well as offering customer specific component programming and testing procedures.

Our full turnkey service combines our full range of procurement, manufacturing, box build and final testing procedures before packaging to customers’ requirements ready to ship direct to your customers.
